Refund Policy

Physics Studio is an educational physics study platform. This page explains when refund requests may be reviewed.

When refunds may be reviewed

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate payments, accidental purchases, technical access issues, or legal requirements. If you believe one of these applies, contact support with your account email and purchase details.

Digital access

Premium access and rubies are digital platform features. Digital access or rubies already used inside the platform may affect refund eligibility.

Rubies

Rubies are closed-loop digital credits used only inside Physics Studio. Rubies cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, resold, or used for gambling.

Payment handling

Payment details are handled by the hosted payment provider, not directly by Physics Studio. Refund processing, where approved, may also depend on the payment provider's systems and timelines.

Cancelling Premium

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time using the subscription management link in your receipt email or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Premium until the end of the month you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.

How to request a refund

Email dominiqueramolefhe2@gmail.com from your account email with the purchase date, the order number from your receipt and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and your bank may take a further 5–10 working days to show them.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
